Are you looking to release unwanted patterns, behaviors, fears, anxieties, or phobias? If so, I can help! All that I do is aimed towards helping individuals release and navigate their wounds from trauma and unease.
My sessions are not "cookie-cutter" and do not follow any particular guideline, nor do I watch the clock. They're intuitive and guided by the heart, meeting you where you are on your healing journey. My goal is to help individuals release unwanted negative patterns on either an energetic or subconscious level (or both). I use multiple healing techniques to help meet your needs and bring full balance to your mind, body, spirit, and beyond. Ongoing support and care are included for all clients at any range or stage.
All sessions are available for both in person one-on-one and long-distance remote via zoom. Sessions range from 1 hour to 3 hours, depending on your needs and healing goals. A longer session supports deeper regulation, restoration and focused energetic support.
I value making sessions accessible to all; therefore, a sliding scale is available.
