Are you looking to release unwanted patterns, behaviors, fears, anxieties, or phobias? If so, I can help! My work is designed to support clients as they explore and release unwanted emotional, energetic and behavioral patterns.
My sessions are not "cookie-cutter" and do not follow any particular guideline, nor do I watch the clock. They're intuitive and guided by the heart, meeting you where you are on your healing journey. My goal is to help individuals release unwanted negative patterns on either an energetic or subconscious level (or both). I use multiple healing techniques to help meet your needs and bring full balance to your mind, body, spirit, and beyond. Ongoing support and care are included for all clients at any range or stage.
All sessions are available for both in-person, one-on-one, and long-distance remote via Zoom. Sessions range from 1-3 hours, depending on your needs and healing goals. A longer session supports deeper regulation, restoration and focused energetic support.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee.
