Every unwanted pattern a person is experiencing in their life has heavy energies (or energetic imprints) associated with it. These heavy energies have resulted from the pain, trauma, anxiety and unwanted events in the person's life. Once the heavy energies are in the energy field and chakras, they attract more unwanted experiences (law of attraction), and also negatively affect the person's thoughts, emotions and physical health. During a Shamanic Illumination, we work on one unwanted pattern at a time. An unwanted pattern can be things like low self-worth, fear of failure, fear of scarcity, procrastination, fear of abandonment, lack of trust, fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of rejection, health issues, or problems with ongoing heavy emotions such as anger, sadness or fear. As we clear the unwanted patterns and the energies with each heavy emotion associated with the pattern, you will feel that emotion get smaller and smaller, until you can't feel it anymore. Being removed from your energy field, subconscious mind, and soul, liberating you from outdated, negative beliefs and narratives, and empowering you to forge a new narrative based on your aspirations and desires. So what unwanted pattern have you been subconsciously clinging onto? Your initial session is about 60 minutes in duration and is often effective in completely clearing the unwanted pattern. In some cases, a deeper layer of the issue may surface in 4 – 6 weeks and, if that is the case, a second session may be necessary. You should fully integrate the shift from the first unwanted pattern you have cleared before having a session to clear another unwanted pattern in your life.
